The United Airlines PR nightmare is only getting worse.

As someone who flies often, the concern about doing nothing wrong and being taken off a plane by force, without any real logic is not beyond belief. But now some 24 hours after the news had broken, the truth is likely coming out, and it’s not pretty. 
As I suspected, it had to do with a flight crew deadheading to Louisville, and the gate agents looking to provide non-rev travel to employees. Sorry. That should have been the first revelation to the Aviation police, who then should have taken a very different position on the matter, as it wasn’t their problem, it was United’s.
