The war between Amazon and WalMart is taking on a very Sun Tzu “Art of War” approach where the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Both Google and WalMart see Amazon as a competitive threat, and like any good strategist led company, both WalMart and Google see the value in working with one another. This is becoming more clear as you read across the various Google hardware and service announcements as well as the “available at WalMart” angles. All one needs to look at is the alignments that have been shaping up over the past few weeks between the two giants. And don’t forget, WalMart bought and has that etail platform….Walmart bought Parcel yesterday so with that and Google Express watch for more teaming up as the battle the Amazon giant..those stories and more are all in today’s COMUNICANO.
